This time, for some reason, I don't see any reasons not to believe the majority opinion. According to (all!) the reviews that I read of it, both the previous albums by Quidam feature Neo Progressive of a highest quality. Unfortunately, I haven't heard this band before. "The Time Beneath the Sky" is Quidam's third full-fledged studio CD (I think there's no need to count all of their albums, especially the other-language duplications: see discography below).
